This is a breath practice designed to slow the breathing rate down, and thereby calmning the nervous system and reducing stress.
It is called Box Breathing because it is a 4-part breath pattern: inhale, hold, exhale, hold, in a box-like pattern.
There are 3 versions included in the .zip file: 2 second, 3 second, and 4 second.
You can feel free to either work up to 4 seconds, or begin with 4 seconds and regress to 2 or 3 seconds if 4 seconds is too difficult to maintain throughout the duration of the practice.
